Macao’s most popular music group MFM is composed by members Hyper Lo, AJ and Josie Ho. The group name has a double meaning, with the first being an obvious symbol of the group being comprising of Male, Female, Male. MFM is also the airport code for Macao’s International Airport, symbolizing the take-off of the group outside of Macau to promote their music.
The group worked together since 2014, has created many signature upbeat songs, and has composed up to 20 theme songs and melodies for different governmental departments, large corporations and non-profit organizations. The group was awarded the “Most Popular Group” at the “2016 SIM Music Awards” and the “Diamond Newbie Award” at the “2017 AEG Music Channel Music Awards” in Hong Kong. In 2017, the group joined the record label Star Entertainment Universe Limited and has officially debuted in Hong Kong. The album “Memories” has topped second place at the HMV sales chart in the first week of its release. MFM’s first concert will be named, symbolizing the three years journey the three has been together, as well as the solid friendship they have developed. MFM will not only bring the audience their famous original ballads but also signature dance songs. One shall expect unique performances from the three in this upcoming concert.
